SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

I have had an involvement in sports for my entire life at some level or another. Whether it be in competitive sports, including participation, administration, and promotion. I have been involved with various non-profit groups in fund raising efforts through sports venues. My love of running and remaining injury free led me to be involved in multi-sport, specifically triathlons, primarily for the cross training and the benefits from total body conditioning. I have coached and assisted several individuals one on one to their first ever marathon finishes. I have run 14 marathons 3 being relay marathons, several half marathons, countless 5K’s and 10K’s. Most recently in the sport of triathlon I have qualified a second time for Age Group National Championships where the best in the United States will meet and compete in Shreveport, LA this September. I am currently working extensively with the Texas A&M Triathlon Team as a Co-Advisor. I have coached two students to top 3 finishes in the sport of Triathlon. I am a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach and will assist in coaching the Texas A&M Triathlon Team and provide a personal training business as well.
